Nomads Basecamp is organised by Saarang Services Pvt. Ltd., based in Nepal.

Every pass includes three-day festival access, talks, workshops, panels and networking. Higher tiers add accommodation, daily lunch, airport pickup, curated experiences and — on the Legend Pass — the Annapurna Base Camp trek. The comparison on the tickets page lists exactly what each pass covers and excludes.

Nepali residents and international attendees are quoted in different currencies at rates set for each. You choose your residency at the first step of checkout and the correct price is shown from then on.

Payment options are being finalised for both Nepali and international attendees. Start a checkout and you'll see the methods currently available, or get in touch to reserve a pass while we complete setup.

Tickets are non-refundable, with limited exceptions. Please review the full terms before purchasing.

Use the booking page with the email address you registered with and your order number. You'll find your QR ticket, pass inclusions and support contacts there.

Most nationalities can obtain a visa on arrival in Nepal. Requirements change, so confirm your own case with Nepal's Department of Immigration before booking travel. We can provide a letter of invitation to registered attendees on request.

Most international attendees fly into Kathmandu (KTM) and continue to Pokhara by domestic flight or by road. Pokhara International Airport (PKR) also handles selected regional flights.

Airport pickup is included with the Voyager, Adventure and Legend passes. Pickup points and timings are confirmed to ticket holders ahead of arrival.

Late September is post-monsoon — one of Nepal's clearest seasons, with warm days and cool mornings and evenings. Pack layers, a rain shell, broken-in walking shoes and sun protection.

Accommodation is included with the Voyager, Adventure and Legend passes. Explorer Pass holders arrange their own stay. Properties are confirmed to ticket holders before arrival.

Daily lunch across the festival is included with the Voyager, Adventure and Legend passes. Breakfast and dinner are not included.

Yes — tell us at checkout. Vegetarian and vegan food is widely available in Pokhara, and we pass requirements to our catering partners in advance.

Session times, titles and speakers are announced on the programme page as they're confirmed. Ticket holders are notified first.

Yes — applications are open. Use the speaker application on the speakers page and tell us the topic you'd bring and who it's for.

Only the ones listed on your pass. The Adventure Pass includes Pokhara sightseeing, the Annapurna cable car and half-day kayaking; the Legend Pass adds the Annapurna Base Camp trek. Everything else is an optional add-on booked separately — each experience card states its status.

Browse the experiences page and get in touch with the details of the pass you're holding. Weather-dependent activities such as paragliding and mountain flights are scheduled on the day.

The Annapurna Base Camp trek is a multi-day walk at altitude and suits attendees with reasonable general fitness. If you're unsure whether it's right for you, contact us before booking the Legend Pass.

Tell us what you need at checkout and the team will work with you directly. Pokhara's terrain and older buildings vary considerably, so we plan around individual requirements rather than making blanket claims we can't guarantee.

Yes. Registered attendees receive on-the-ground support contacts before arrival, along with local emergency numbers and the location of the festival help desk.

Most attendees arrive alone. The programme is built around curated networking, shared meals and group activities specifically so that solo travellers aren't left to work the room unaided.

Yes. Browse the Partner Network, open a partner's profile and submit a meeting request with your preferred day and time. Requests are reviewed by the partner and the event team — you'll be told when a meeting is confirmed, and a request on its own is not a booking.
