Refund Policy
Last updated 14 August 2026
This Refund Policy applies to tickets and packages purchased for Nomads Basecamp.
1. All Ticket Sales Are Final
All Nomads Basecamp ticket purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed.
By purchasing a ticket, the participant confirms that they have reviewed the event information, dates, ticket category, inclusions, pricing, and relevant travel requirements before completing the transaction.
2. No Refund for Change of Plans
Refunds will not ordinarily be provided where a participant is unable or chooses not to attend because of circumstances including:
- Change of personal plans
- Work or business commitments
- Travel changes or missed transportation
- Flight cancellation or delay
- Visa refusal or visa-processing delays
- Failure to obtain required travel documents
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Failure to attend the event
- Failure to use accommodation, meals, activities, or other benefits included in a purchased package
Participants are strongly encouraged to arrange appropriate travel insurance where relevant.
3. Event Program Changes
Nomads Basecamp may make reasonable changes to speakers, sessions, schedules, venues, activities, itineraries, or other event components due to operational requirements or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Such changes do not normally constitute cancellation of the event and do not automatically qualify the participant for a refund.
4. Event Cancellation
If Nomads Basecamp cancels the entire event and does not provide a suitable rescheduled event or alternative, affected ticket holders will be informed about the applicable refund or other remedy.
Where a refund is due, it will ordinarily be limited to the amount actually paid for the affected ticket or service.
Nomads Basecamp is not responsible for independently booked flights, hotels, visa fees, transportation, insurance, or other expenses incurred by participants, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
5. Force Majeure and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
If the event is cancelled, postponed, relocated, or materially affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizer—including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, civil disturbances, public emergencies, transportation disruption, or similar events—the organizer may offer an alternative date, credit, replacement service, or other remedy as appropriate and as permitted by applicable law.
6. Nepal Payments
Tickets purchased or paid for through Saarang Services Pvt. Ltd. in Nepal are subject to this Refund Policy and the applicable laws of Nepal.
Any mandatory rights available to customers under Nepalese law remain unaffected.
7. International Payments
International tickets processed through Leadsas Global LLC, Wyoming, United States are subject to this Refund Policy, the applicable Terms and Conditions, and applicable Wyoming and United States laws, together with any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to the transaction.
8. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
The final-sale policy does not prevent a participant from contacting us regarding a genuine payment error, such as an accidental duplicate charge or an incorrect amount charged.
Such cases will be reviewed individually.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Participants should contact Nomads Basecamp first if they believe a payment has been processed incorrectly.
The final-sale nature of the ticket does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived or prevent a participant from using legitimate remedies available through their payment provider or applicable law.
