1. Event Organizer and Payment Entities

Nomads Basecamp is an event organized and operated by Saarang Services Pvt. Ltd., Nepal.

Depending on the participant's location and selected payment method, payments may be processed through one of the following entities:

For payments made in Nepal: Saarang Services Pvt. Ltd., Nepal.

For international payments: Leadsas Global LLC, Wyoming, United States.

The international company acts as the payment/merchant entity for applicable international transactions associated with Nomads Basecamp.

A charge on a participant's bank or card statement may therefore appear under the name of the applicable payment entity or its payment processor rather than “Nomads Basecamp.”

2. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are subject to availability.

A ticket is considered confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from Nomads Basecamp or its authorized ticketing/payment system.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and payment.

3. Final Sale

All ticket purchases are final.

Once a ticket has been successfully purchased, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or transferred unless expressly approved by Nomads Basecamp or required by applicable law.

Please review the event dates, ticket category, inclusions, travel requirements, and other relevant information carefully before completing your purchase.

The separate Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Ticket Inclusions

Different ticket categories may include different benefits, such as event access, accommodation, meals, activities, transportation, excursions, treks, or other experiences.

Only the inclusions specifically stated for the ticket category at the time of purchase are included.

Flights, visas, insurance, personal expenses, and other costs are not included unless explicitly stated.

5. Event Changes

Nomads Basecamp may make reasonable changes to speakers, schedules, sessions, venues, activities, itineraries, or other event components where operational circumstances require it.

Such reasonable changes do not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund.

If the entire event is cancelled by the organizer and no suitable replacement or rescheduled event is offered, affected participants will be informed of the available remedy in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Travel and Participation

Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for any visas, passports, travel documents, flights, insurance, medical requirements, or other arrangements necessary to attend the event unless expressly included in their ticket.

Nomads Basecamp does not guarantee visa approvals, flight availability, or entry into Nepal.

Failure to attend because of visa refusal, travel disruption, personal circumstances, or other circumstances outside the organizer's control does not automatically qualify for a refund.

7. Activities and Experiences

Some Nomads Basecamp tickets or programs may include outdoor, adventure, wellness, travel, trekking, running, kayaking, or similar activities.

Participation in such activities may involve inherent risks. Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically and medically able to participate and must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by organizers, guides, venues, or activity partners.

8. Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward other attendees, speakers, staff, partners, venues, and local communities.

Nomads Basecamp reserves the right to refuse admission or remove a participant whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, disruptive, or materially interferes with the event.

Removal for misconduct does not entitle the participant to a refund, except where required by applicable law.

9. Photography and Media

Photography, video recording, and other media production may take place during Nomads Basecamp.

Event media may be used for documentation, reporting, promotion, and marketing of Nomads Basecamp and related activities, subject to applicable law.

Participants with specific privacy concerns may contact the organizing team.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nomads Basecamp, Saarang Services Pvt. Ltd., Leadsas Global LLC, and their respective partners, contractors, staff, and representatives will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside their reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Governing Law

For tickets purchased and payments processed through Saarang Services Pvt. Ltd. in Nepal, the transaction and related contractual matters shall be governed by the applicable laws of Nepal, and disputes shall be subject to the competent courts and authorities of Nepal.

For international tickets and payments processed through Leadsas Global LLC, the transaction and related contractual matters shall be governed by the applicable laws of Wyoming, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply.
