Biography
Azmayeen Akmal is a young tech entrepreneur from Dhaka, Bangladesh. He entered the world of innovation and technology at a very early age: from just 13 years old, his ideas and inventions had him working with a range of corporate and government organisations, including the Prime Minister's Office, in the fields of robotics, IoT and business automation. Azmayeen now leads NB Technologies, a fully AI-native web application development and business automation agency that serves renowned organisations around the globe. He heads a distributed team of more than 22 developers and designers working remotely across the world. His work has earned multiple national and international awards. In 2018, he was named champion at the BASIS National ICT Awards for an R&D AI project, and he received nominations for the prestigious APICTA Awards in both 2018 and 2022. His passion for technology and innovation has also taken him to the stage at international conferences in Nepal, Thailand and Istanbul, where he has shared his insights and experiences.
