Biography
Sebastián Guerrero brings 30 years of experience navigating the intersection of enterprise infrastructure, traditional finance, and frontier Web3 technology. Having spent 14 years modernizing data systems for global banks, insurers, and telcos across Europe and Latin America, Sebastián transitioned into digital assets in 2018 to build foundational institutional infrastructure. His leadership track record includes serving on the Board of Hathor Network (pioneering tokenomics and regulatory sandbox initiatives with Brazil's CVM), expanding market maker Murano Group into OTC trading and venture building, and forging strategic partnerships with major global exchanges. Today at UP TO Capital, he focuses on capital structuring, institutional investor relations, and regulatory compliance for long-term digital asset sustainability.
