Biography
abriela Repetto is an entrepreneur, experience designer, and founder of Happener, a Dubai-based experience design agency. She specializes in crafting high-impact human-centered experiences for international brands, enterprise leaders, global organizations, and vibrant communities across Latin America and the Middle East. Gabriela's portfolio spans large-scale global initiatives—including Expo 2020 Dubai—alongside executive retreats, brand activations, cultural gatherings, and community events designed to build deep human connection. At Nomad Basecamp 2026, Gabriela challenges tourism and hospitality leaders to rethink traditional itineraries by asking a foundational question: How do we want people to feel? She shares frameworks for designing every stage of a traveler's journey with intention—from anticipation and arrival to lasting memories.
