Biography
Bibhusan Bista is a pioneering civic-tech entrepreneur and impact-driven leader with over 20 years of experience leveraging technology, software engineering, and open data for social transformation. As the Executive President and CEO of YoungInnovations, he leads national and international initiatives focused on digital governance, public service delivery, and ICT4D. His work has driven global civic-tech solutions such as AidStream and the Earthquake Transparency Portal, influencing digital governance frameworks across more than 20 countries. He also serves as Executive President at CodingMountain, is an active member of the Bellanet Alliance for Social Entrepreneurs, and teaches software engineering part-time at Kathmandu College of Management.
