Biography
Kim Baaden is a corporate trainer, researcher, and founder of Impact Yes, a leadership development company specializing in soft-skills innovation, executive education, and organizational transformation. His work focuses on neuroscience-based training, emotional intelligence, cross-generational leadership, and empowering teams to navigate complex, fast-changing business environments. Kovid Panthy is a Nepali leadership and behavioral analyst based in Kathmandu. His practice is leadership diagnostics: assessing how leaders and teams actually behave, then building development around what the assessment finds. He co-founded Impact Yes with Kim Baaden in 2021 and built the instruments the practice runs on: Pactomics, a behavioral-assessment framework grounded in established neuroscience and psychology research
