Natalia Gesior

Biography

Natalia is a marketing and hospitality professional, digital nomad and retreat creator with over 15 years of experience in online and offline marketing, CRM and event management. Her career began in Germany, where she worked in corporate environments before moving into hospitality and taking on managerial roles, including Hotel Manager in the Maldives. Moving to the Maldives became a turning point, allowing her to combine her professional experience with her passion for travel, people and the ocean. Choosing a different path and creating a life with more freedom, creativity and purpose became more valuable to her than spending her life behind a desk. Today, Natalia creates retreats and travel experiences, bringing people together, helping them step outside their comfort zones and turn dreams into reality. She is passionate about freediving, snorkeling, photography and music, and is also a yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner. She teaches English and takes part in volunteering activities, looking for ways to contribute and make a meaningful difference. Natalia believes being a digital nomad is about more than working from anywhere. It is about questioning the life you are expected to live, following your truth and creating a life aligned with who you are.
