Biography
Tony Harris is a spirits industry veteran with over 20 years of experience specializing in whisky, rum, and cognac. As a consultant and director for UK-based spirits companies, he advises global clients, collectors, and investors on cask procurement, rare bottle sourcing, and portfolio management. Currently exploring new production and export opportunities across South Asia, Tony combines deep technical industry knowledge with an approachable, interactive teaching style designed to demystify complex flavor profiles and cask maturation.
